I was born and raised Mormon or as some refer to as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I went to Brigham Young University, got married in the temple, and had three wonderful boys.

I had a difficult time accepting the teachings of the church growing up, but I wanted my boys to have a strong sense of spirituality in their lives and thus put my efforts in teaching them “The Gospel”, attending church regularly, and maintaining my callings.

As I immersed myself back in the teachings for my children, I could not ignore the Doctrine being taught and it began to feel very wrong to teach my kids these things.

One trigger was the issue of being Gay and how this was not acceptable.  During a church lesson there was advising for us to pray that Gay marriage would never be legal.  I remember thinking to myself: ‘But what if my sons are gay?  Would I ever say to them they cannot receive the same ‘blessings’ as I?  Would I deserve more in HIS kingdom simply  because I was not Gay?’

This did not make any sense to me and I knew in my heart that GOD would love my children the way I did, even if they were gay.  I thought: “A child could be gay and very happy finding love or they could be shamed and miserable their entire life thinking GOD did not love them.”

This thought process brought me to my knees in prayer.  I told GOD that if this is true, then I don’t feel it is right and that I would rather die than live in HIS church if it meant to continue preaching these teachings.

This prayer was the start of a long process of my awakening to the truth of who we truly are.

I never thought that a few years after this prayer, I would be able to speak with spirit beings not only that walked this Earth, but that reside on other planets.

I now devote my energy in helping bring forth messages from beyond the physical to help.
